Vegas Baby!

As you all know- we are getting married in LAS VEGAS this October.

We are going to update the website with info as we book so everyone can see what the POA is.

I have just done a very vague and rough itinerary for the week that everyone is there, just to give you an idea. 

Obviously, nothing apart from the wedding is compulsory, everyone is more than welcome to do their own thing- but when me and Tom went to Vegas, we had a rough plan and it was definitely a good shout. Its HUGE, and although the strip is only 1 street, it takes hours to walk from top to bottom. 

So if you definitely have bits you want to see or do, its best to make a bit of a plan.

Also- as a family of fashionista's, I know we have been discussing Vegas outfits A LOT, so I also thought I would do a bit of a overview of what would be a good idea to pack.

Sunday

Everyone arrives, unpack, explore hotel, go for drinks (quite chill)

Monday

Day: Explore Vegas!

Go for a walk down the strip (head south) and look around the hotels, like Bellagio, Cesars, New York New York, Luxor, Excalibur. Big apple coaster.

Grab lunch out, walk down to the 'WELCOME TO LAS VEGAS' sign, have pictures etc. (This is quite far down, so could possibly get the monorail back up)

Night: Hangover vibes

High Roller wheel (party pod – all you can drink for 45 mins), walk down linq promenade go gambling in treasure island.

Tuesday

Day: 'STEN' activities, so boys going Top Golf, girls maybe going on a trip? Like a drive out to 7 mountains? Something cutesy

Night: North of the strip, go look around the Venetian, maybe the neon museum? (Tom is very anti museum, but could be fun to see) 

Meal – all together, but unbooked. Possibly 'Happy Camper' which is a super fun pizza place. (But also dont want carb face, so possibly not).

Wednesday

WEDDING DAY

Thursday

Day/night: Pool day/chill, possibly Stadium Swim

Friday

Day: Tours, so Grand Canyon Tours, or Hover damn tour, helicopter rides etc.

Saturday

Pack, fly home.

Outfits

So originally, it had given out high temps of around 21 (which was gorgeous) but the weather currently averaging like 37, so unless it suddenly drastically drops, it's going to be HOT. There is also A LOT of walking, so make sure you have got trainers/comfy shoes.

As an overall vibe; I would go for summer time city girl. So cool, comfortable, chic.

Day time

I think I would go with sun dresses, denim shorts/skirts with little cute vests, cycling shorts with T-shirts, linen trousers, play suits. Then for shoes, flip flops, trainers, sandals. Quite normal day clothes really. It's not really beach wear vibes, so you won't want kaftans or bikini coverups- apart from around the pool.

Night time

Casino dress codes say things like 'Resort Casual' and are pretty laid back. I would maybe lean away from swim wear type flip flops, and any sports wear at night, but other than that- its like normal going out clothes. So, dresses (mini, midi, maxi), skirts, jeans, trousers. I would be tempted to take some kind of coverup, because it can get cold in the casinos with the AC, so jackets, shackets etc are a good idea. For shoes, again, there is a lot of walking, so its how comfortable you want to be. If like Alexand- you're good in heels, then go for it, but otherwise, sandals are great. If you had to go for a vibe- then go for 'Manchester all dayer', so cool, edgy, but also semi-practical.

Wedding day

The dress code for the wedding is: VEGAS BABY.

So just gorgeous, gorgeous outfits.
